Our firm's real estate development and finance practice is nationally recognized for its diligent, no-nonsense and efficient representation of both lenders and developers in complex real estate financings, forward loan commitments, letters of credit, low-income housing tax credit transactions and letter of credit enhanced bond transactions. The firm is a recognized leader in its representation of lenders providing conventional financing and letter of credit enhanced financing for low- and moderate-income housing and related community development transactions, including Freddie Mac multi-family financings. The firm's long-standing relationships with New York State and local housing and development agencies (e.g., New York State Housing Finance Agency, State of New York Mortgage Agency, New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal, New York State Housing Trust Fund and New York City Housing Development Corporation) enable the firm to effectively represent its clients in a wide variety of transactions.
